Twenty minutes with your phone, and you never argue about the wifi again.
Film one unbroken walkthrough, run a speed test, and you get a verified listing page. Guests arrive already knowing about the construction next door and the 38 steps — so they stop asking, and they stop complaining when they get there.
Why bother
No commission this year
0% host fee for the first twelve months, 3% after that. Guests pay 5%, capped at the $400 equivalent — so a six-month booking does not carry a four-figure fee.
Keep your Airbnb listing
We sync your calendar both ways. Exclusivity would cost you bookings, so we do not ask for it. Most hosts here list in three places.
A page you can send anyone
Your verified listing works as a link. Paste it into the WhatsApp thread you are already having, or the Facebook group where you already post.
Guests who stay months, not nights
Thirty-day minimum. One booking instead of ten, one changeover instead of ten, and someone who treats the place like they live there.
The whole process
Four steps, and two of them happen at the property.
Fill in the place, film one unbroken walkthrough on your phone, run speedtest.net on the line itself and send the result link, and upload something showing you may let it out. A reviewer looks at all of it, and then publishing is your decision.
The walkthrough is checked server-side for cuts. The speed figures are yours: a person here opens your result page and checks it against what you typed. What that proves, and what it does not.
What exists, and what doesn't
We would rather tell you now than after you have listed.
“Built” means a host can use it today. “Planned” means it is not there yet and we would rather say so now than after you have listed. Nothing here is marketed as finished before it is.
We are onboarding hosts in Canggu, Pererenan and Ubud first.
Da Nang opens once Bali works properly. If your place is somewhere else, tell us anyway — it changes where we go next.
